The Pelvic Corner is a solo, in-home physical therapy practice founded by Racheli Rothwachs, PT DPT. No waiting rooms, no rushing — just unhurried, one-on-one time focused on you and your goals.

Every visit is one-on-one, in your home, and shaped entirely around what you're working through. Here's how we begin.
Initial Evaluation
PART I
Your evaluation happens in two parts. First, a 30-minute Zoom session where I gather your full health history, goals, symptoms, and everything I need to know about you before we meet in person. Getting the verbal portion out of the way ahead of time means our in-person visit can be spent entirely on you and your body.
PART II
Next comes a 1-hour in-person evaluation in your home. Because we've already covered the intake, we can dive straight into a hands-on assessment — posture, movement, mobility, strength, and the pelvic floor itself — and begin treatment the same day. You'll leave your first appointment with real insight into what's going on and meaningful progress already underway. Both the virtual and in-person portions are included in one flat price.
Treatment Sessions
What it looks like
A typical treatment session is one focused, unhurried hour in your home. We'll blend hands-on techniques, targeted exercises, breathwork, and education — layered and adjusted week to week based on how your body is responding and what's showing up in your daily life.
The number of sessions you'll need is completely up to your body and your goals, and we'll decide it together. My philosophy is simple: I want to give you the tools, the understanding, and the results that let you graduate from PT as quickly as possible. Getting you out the door — feeling strong, informed, and independent — is the whole point.
The Pelvic Corner is a cash-pay practice. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. A superbill can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
